Beque Holic

I am a creature of habit. I can go to the same restaurant and order the same thing, every single time and be perfectly content. 

I have a friend that desperately tries their hardest to make me try new things. 

Last night, we wound up at the Beque Holic in Gainesville. A Korean Barbecue restaurant. 

To say this is outside of my comfort zone would be putting it mildly. I don’t use chopsticks. I’m not a big meat eater. Lol.

You are given a TON of sides/appetizers/what-have-you. Everything from salad to fried dumplings to kimchi. We learned that you needed to go there absolutely famished! There was so much food!

You cook your meat over a grill that’s in the center of the table. Now, I’ll be absolutely honest…I am a chicken lover. But out of the five different meat options that we had, I actually liked the flavor of the beef best.
