Saturday, Mom and I took off to Ocala to run some errands. And if I'm going to Ocala, I'm going to Mojo's.

The food is delicious. BUT, something that I love even more is the fact that they have a special parking spot dedicated to wounded veterans.
They also have a huge sign inside that shows support to the troops.
I just think that in this day and age, it's a wonderful thing to see.
Mojo's is quirky, and they have live music on weekends. The decor is quirky and bluesy. It's so neat.

And let's get back to the food now…they have plantains. I LOVE plantains. I always wind up getting the same thing (shocker): A hot chick sandwich (buffalo chicken strips with pickles) and plantains. And we also had Cubana's Foster…a take on bananas foster but with plantains. It's plantains in a caramel rum sauce with ice cream and whipped cream on top.
As always, it was delicious! If y'all haven't been, y'all need to! It's off of 200.
Next time, get the bread pudding! They use donuts instead of bread and it's got an amazing texture
