So, y'all, I'm am a lover of Mexican food. My love language is queso. Last year, a friend introduced me to Chuys, and I've been forever changed. No one's queso can compare in my opinion. I love it. Much to his dismay, I am a creature of habit and will forever order the same thing. Chips and queso for an appetizer, and then the Mexi-Cobb Salad with creamy jalapeno dressing. Am I adventurous? Not in the slightest. But Oh. My. Word. This is by far my favorite meal.
